Building Site Security
Effective security on building sites is always a major issue. Expensive materials are often an easy soft target in these often vulnerable environments. In the event of having machinery or expensive building materials vandalised or stolen, this inevitably will bring additional costs to the project, but also would cause delays to the scheme.
Rather living on site in temporary accommodation or employing expensive security guards, Rutland Security can offer an effective solution to suit all sized projects. As the scheme evolves the security system can then be integrated into the final finish of the property. Not only would this solution give you peace of mind, but it could save thousands of pounds, and avoid unwanted delays.
No power, no broadband, no problem, we've got that covered. The main control hub can be powered from a large 12volt battery which would last for months, the hub also has a backup battery in the event of power loss. For the vital communication, the hub has a GSM sim card which operates from all major network providers, this will allow you to have full control of the system 24/7. Typically at the start of the project the Hub would be installed inside a heavy duty IP enclosure.
We offer two solutions for outdoor protection. The most popular being a Wireless External Motion Detector with a built in HD Camera. The Detector has been designed so it doesn't trigger with wildlife. The device is fully adjustable to detect short range activity or can be configured to detect upto 15meters. For example, in the event of someone walking up your drive at night, the alarm will trigger with outdoor Sirens being activated, notifications sent to all smart phone users, along with HD images of what activated the detector.
The second option is the wireless dual beam curtain detector. The dual beam device can detect up to 15meters in each direction. The detector can be configured to detect at different ranges, for example, 5 meters on the left hand side and 15 meters at the right hand side, ideal for garage doors, perimeter walls, gates and large bifold doors. Once again the device has been designed not to detect wildlife.
